HISTORY

EIM Group Pty Ltd was founded by Rod Stead, a leader in the wear solutions industry in WA and around the world since the early 1990s. He previously founded Rojan Advanced Ceramics and subsequently worked at FLSmidth as Global Product Director of Wear Solutions after Rojan was acquired.

EIM was founded out Rod’s desire to deliver the highest quality products at the best price for all clients. The success of EIM speaks for itself, having clients previously experienced 10x lifetime improvement in wear components. A 10x increase in product lifetime translates to increased plant availability all leading to increased profits.
